Latin America Key Account Representative
Title:Latin America Key Account Representative
Location:Buffalo, NY
Nissha Medical Technologies, is seeing an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing the Nissha Medical Technologies Healthcare Solutions (NMT HS) accounts located in Latin America as defined by Mexico, Central America, South America and Caribbean countries. Acts as the central liaison between LTAM business development, Sales and all operational areas (Tech Services, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, etc.) to ensure that customer’s expectations and contractual requirements are met

Essential Functions
  • Works with distributors and customers to facilitate orders in a timely manner and reviews product specifications to ensure accuracy and proper implementation against country specific registrations.
  • Prioritizes jobs for the Planning Department, sets stocking levels based on customer demand and maintains other customer requirements.
  • Works with customer service to enter orders as they are received; ensures auto shipped account details are correct. Makes updates when necessary.
  • Creates a work plan for making sure all countries are up to date on registrations for all products.
  • Develops a sale call plan to grow customer base in all regions and applies the proper priority of product promotion based on market potentials.
  • Collaborates with the Manufacturing Department to identify and resolve the root cause of issues and daily needs and demands of the electrode, chart paper and consumables. Makes suggestions for process improvements; acts as the lead for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Acts as an internal partner to the Logistics department; works to be voice of the customer on delivery issues, monitors transfer orders between intercompany warehouses, works with customers to get pre-paid orders paid for prior to shipment and in a timely manner.
  • Acts as a liaison between the direct customer and distribution partners to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing management to negotiate new contracts
  • Fluent in Spanish.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Associates Degree (Business) required; BA/BS Degree desired.
  • Minimum 3 yrs. experience in sales, marketing, logistics, production planning and/or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural, multi-site initiatives
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel (approximately 20%) to customer sites and annual trade shows as necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple high profile projects a once to achieve goals.
