Bi-Lingual Key Account Representative- Latin America
Title:Bi-Lingual Key Account Representative- Latin America
Location:Buffalo, NY
Nissha Medical Technologies, is seeing an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing Latin America medical accounts for all customers within the portfolio, as well as identifying and qualifying new potential opportunities. 

Essential Functions
  • Works with Tech Services to ensure product specification accuracy and proper implementation throughout the process.
  • Prioritizes jobs for the Planning Department, sets stocking levels based on customer demand and maintains other customer requirements.
  • Enters customer orders as they are received; ensures auto shipped account details are correct. Makes updates when necessary.
  • Creates reporting tools for customers requiring special attention (i.e., inventory usage, blanket purchase order monitoring and sales reports)..
  • Responsible for setting up new customer accounts and maintaining/updating existing customer records. Ensures pricing and demographic (i.e. ship to, contact, other) information is current).
  • Collaborates with the Manufacturing Department to identify and resolve root cause of issues and daily needs and demands of the market. Makes suggestions for process improvements; acts as the lead for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Acts as an internal partner to the Logistics department; monitors transfer orders between intercompany warehouses; communicates any special shipping requirements based on customer needs.
  • Negotiates new product contracts (new and renewal).
  • Acts as a liaison between the direct customer and distribution partners to ensure a seamless experience
  • Fluent in Spanish.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Associates Degree (Business) required; BA/BS Degree desired.
  • 3-5 yrs. experience in sales, marketing, logistics, production planning and/or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural, multi-site initiatives
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel (approximately 20%) to customer sites and annual trade shows as necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple high profile projects a once to achieve goals.
