Graphic Controls, a Nissha Company, is a growing Buffalo based Company specializing in printed products for the gaming, medical, and recording supply markets. A global leader in these areas, Graphic Controls is expanding into new markets and is looking for qualified candidates to grow with the Company. We are looking for an Project Administrator/ Coordinatorin Buffalo, NY. The position is responsible for working closely with the Program Manager, business execution team and vendor partners in supporting a global Oracle ERP implementation.  The role will be wide in scope and will require a flexible person with the ability to manage multiple concurrent administrative activities in an organized and consistent manner.

Essential Job functions:

  • Support the Program Manager as well as other members of the project team in all administrative aspects.
  • Manage weekly and monthly collection of updates from various teams in preparation for status meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings (both recurring and ad-hoc) and prepare and disseminate meeting notes.  Follow up with any action items with the dependent resource to ensure they are completed timely.
  • Assist in maintaining the project plan and alerting project leads if anything requires attention.
  • Prepare portions of project review presentations in written and verbal formats for presentation to management, committees, boards and customers and working with finance to track project spend vs. budget.
  • Assist in the mapping of business processes into visual diagram and development of project status reports.
  • Ensures training material is disseminated as needed to relevant teams and individuals


  • 2 to 3 years’ experience working within a project environment
  • Associates degree in a technical or business field.  Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability and willingness to interact with all people in a sensitive, responsive manner.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and goal driven
  • Background in ERP, Oracle, Visio and project management will be helpful
